Event Planning Tips

Planning an event can be very stressful at times, but it doesn’t have to be. The reason for the stress is that here in Laredo our brides and quinces have a lot of choices when it comes to their choice of vendors. We have plenty of very distinguished vendors when it comes to events and this makes it even harder to choose just one for their event. Every vendor that we work with is highly recommended by our team.

Most of the time clients will ask me, “Edgar, why should I hire an event planner?” and my response is very simply, “Because you need one to make your event planning process simpler.” Most of the clients my team and I have worked with are blindsided by the negative stigma that comes with hiring an event planning company. Many people believe that an event planning company is a luxury and not a necessity, and this is where they are wrong. Event planning absolutely should NOT BE STRESSFUL especially for the working brides or working parents of the quinces. We are here to make the process enjoyable and not at all traumatic. Luxury comes when you want something unnecessary and outside of your budget for your event but still get it. Most event planning companies such as The Event Coordinator work with budgets which make it easier to know what you can get for your event. My recommendation is that you go shop around with different planners and have them tell you what they can do for you! Once you hear the perfect plans for your dream Wedding or Quince is when you’ll know that you have found your ideal planner.

And always remember that here at The Event Coordinator Designs our motto is
“Your Dream, Our Creation”
